For people of the gun culture, the pistol is a constant companion. In a society that has become increasingly violent, your decision to carry a handgun is a wise one, however I understand it is not lite. The choice to be here today means you are one of the exceedingly rare people who take their safety as not only their responsibility but as a priority. The course will focus on the employment of the pistol by a citizen in the context of defending one’s life, liberty, and community. Instruction will include a mindset lecture, use over cover and concealment, properly drawing your pistol, fundamentals of marksmanship, malfunction clearing, and gear selection.
