Take the first step toward obtaining your Nevada Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit with Terminal Outcomes' comprehensive and professional training course. Designed for both new and experienced firearm users, our Nevada CCW class meets and exceeds the standards set by the Nevada Sheriffs’ and Chiefs’ Association, ensuring you’re fully prepared to carry a concealed firearm legally and responsibly in Nevada and over 30 reciprocal states. Our expert instructors, certified and highly experienced, provide a dynamic blend of classroom instruction and hands-on range training to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for safe and effective concealed carry.
This course will provide you with everything you need to get your Nevada Concealed Firearms Permit, sometimes referred to as a concealed weapon permit (CWP), concealed carry weapon permit (CCW), or Concealed Handgun License (CHL). We provide a physical application for you to bring to your local Nevada sheriff office (LVMPD for Clark County residents), where you will be fingerprinted, photographed, and complete the application process.
This Class Will Cover:
- Firearm safety
- Nevada and federal firearms law
- Legal implications of possession, transportation, and use of firearms
- General shooting and handling skills
- Practical exercises to draw from different positions
- Lessons on awareness and the defensive mindset
- Shooting qualification test
Gear List:
- Valid government-issued ID
- Your handgun (Rental handguns and holsters available first come first serve)
- 30 rounds
- Eye and over-ear protection
Duration:
- Initial Permit: 8 hours
- Renewal Permit: 4 hours (If you are a renewal please notate in the order notes)
The class has both classroom time and range time, including a qualification live fire required to get your permit.

Buel was an incredible instructor. No stone left unturned, no questions unanswered. His dedication to his field is very evident. Came away with tips and practices to insure our family’s safety. Was expecting a boring legalistic class, couldn’t be further from the truth. He truly cares that you understand the material and tailors the class to insure your ability to understand both the class instruction and range application. Furthermore, he had many recommendations for products that I would not have considered. I highly recommend his class.
